Angela Sperlby
MPH MBBS BSc(Med)
Angela is passionate about improving population health through effective communication and strategic collaboration. In 2013 she founded Veris Health Communications to meet the increasing demand for quality health content.
Angela is an experienced health writer, researcher and communicator and excels in delivering accurate and engaging health content. She is a member of the Australian Medical Writers Association (AMWA) and the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA).
In her role as Director of Veris Health, she has contributed to academic papers, online consumer clinical content, research highlights, expert profiles, script-writing and on-screen presenting. She is experienced at working with clients and writers to ensure the delivery of a quality product within time and budget constraints.
Angela has an academic background in public health research, and has worked at the Centre for Overweight and Obesity (now Prevention Research Collaboration) at the University of Sydney. She also has population health planning and primary care research experience from her time as Research Coordinator at Northern Sydney Medicare Local (now North Sydney Health Network).
She has a Masters of Public Health (MPH 2004) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS BSc(Med) 2000) from the University of NSW.
Ari Sperlby
BSc(BIT)
Ari Sperlby is an experienced business professional with exceptional understanding of health IT. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business IT and a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from UNSW.
He has spent 15 years in project management of IT and other professional teams. He brings to Veris Health discipline for successful planning, management and delivery of projects on time, on budget and to agreed scope and quality.
